I use to take a small test of my regular students - normally in every Saturday. In that test, 25 M.C.Q type questions are to be answered in 25 minutes. Naturally, the total marks is 25. Answers are supplied immediately after completion of the exam and the answer sheets are evaluated by the students themselves. Marks earned by the students (out of 25) are used for internal assessment.

I find that the students are very enthusiastic to appear in this exam - even more than their enthusiasm to come to class - since they can easily collect a wide variety of short questions and their ready answers. They know well that these M.C.Q type questions will help them in appearing various types of competitive exams in future.

The news of this test has somehow reached to some outside students, who are on the other hand regular readers of my blog. I have been requested by a few of them to conduct such kind of test through this blog too - so that the outside students also get benefited.

To keep their request, a set of 25 M.C.Q type questions is presented below. The answer sheet is also given at the last. Now you appear before an exam where you yourself is an examiner. For good result, you need to go through this test without seeing the answers at the very beginning. Give yourself one mark against all correct answers you gave within 25 minutes and one half marks against all correct answers you gave after 25 minutes. See the rest answers only after that.

It should be noted that first three four sets of questions will be pretty easier but within that time, I shall make a structure of questions - from very low to a logical high level. If you go on scoring good on those exams - I believe - you will definitely gain success.
